Reception to honor 2022 Turbo Award winner Curtain Call

On July 7th, 2022, a reception was held at Porche Greenwich to honor Curtain Call, who was awarded HBS Club of CT Community Partners biennial Turbo Award, in support of their new dedicated Children’s Theatre Initiative.

The award, which promotes excellence and innovation in nonprofit organizations, was presented by Jim Rulmyr, Chair of Community Partners’ Awards Committee, and Porsche Greenwich’s General Manager, Rui Moreira. Accepting the award for Curtail Call was Executive Director Lou Ursone and Board Chair Ted Yudain, Esq.

The $20,000 “Turbo” award allows Curtain Call’s Children’s Theatre Initiative to reach the underserved, young population of Stamford, Connecticut and nearby towns, with what will likely be their first exposure to live theatre.
